Our Philosophy
It's possible for any system to work; not every system is built with intent, a process, and principles. You get back something that is safe, easy to use and maintain, and not only looks like it's factory, but is beautiful.
Safe
Safety is first, with no exception. The components we use have been selected and installed with this in mind. Wire, fuses, and breakers are sourced in accordance with manufacturer specifications, industry standards, and based on our experience and conversations with other professionals.
It's possible there is ambiguity in documentation or recommendations. If there is, our philosophy is simple - we go to the next larger size. An oversized wire in a low voltage, high current system like an RV is another layer of protection from heat buildup and potential failure point in the future.
When your equipment is back in your hands, you should be able to trust the system completely, wherever you are.
Serviceable
Let's face it: not everything always goes to plan. If there's an issue with your system, you or anyone else should be able to service it with ease. If you can't, we would argue the system wasn't installed properly.
Each installation that we do has baked into it the assumption that someday, something will go wrong. Components fail. Perhaps a battery is replaced or additional ones are added.
All wiring is routed as cleanly as possible. Equipment is mounted with an eye towards ease of access. You should be able to take the covers off without removing large portions of the system.
The goal is to save time, money, and frustration down the road. Regardless of who's performing the servicing, it should make sense quickly.
Usable
You've made an investment in quality equipment to suit your needs and goals. The system you've purchased isn't worth much if it's difficult to use.
Critical controls are easy to reach. How the system works and expected to function is predictable and clear. You won't need a manual every time you want to turn something off or on.
We'll take time to walk through the system with you when you come to pick your rig up. We want you to understand how it charges, what happens when you plug into shore power, how the inverter is used, and how your solar or other accessories work.
You should feel confident and comfortable using your system from the first day it's in your hands.
Beautiful
Function and form. Who says you can't have both?
A well laid out system is easier to understand and service, and is frankly, just more enjoyable to use and own. We treat every installation like it's on display.
When you open the compartment to show a friend, it should look and feel like it's always been there, and not an afterthought.
